Sound Baths
Discover the transformative power of sound in this monthly offering. Experience profound calm as the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, chimes, and other instruments help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and promote overall well-being.
Upon entering this magical space, you will immediately feel a sense of tranquillity. We provide carefully prepared beds for your comfort, along with blankets and cushions to keep you warm and at home. Lavender and buckwheat eye pillows invite you to rest your eyes. You will be gently guided into relaxation before settling into this soundscape, enveloped in candlelight, creating an inviting atmosphere for your restorative experience.
This beautiful monthly offering lasts 90 minutes and concludes with a delightful 'golden milk' drink and a tasty nible.
